What we’d like you to do:
Collaborate in the recruiting process from the beginning until the end of Digital Marketing Profiles, Data, technology, as well as different corporate profiles:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and managing relocations and intern program.
Publication, curriculum management and conducting interviews.
Management of the entire Onboarding and reception process.
Support in the management of scholarships (relationship with universities and agreements)
Collaborate in development projects of the HR department and international expansion.
Collaborate in the different training projects (internal workshops, events and e-learning license management).
Support in conducting employee performance interviews and offboarding.
What we’d like you to bring:
Degree in law, business administration and management, psychology, labor relations or similar. Ideally, complemented by a master's degree in human resources management and organizational development.
You can contribute at least 2 years of experience in human resources and recruitment.
Desirable experience in high technical engineering and digital growth environments.
You have experience in onboarding processes and administrative management, aswell as administrative tasks in the last employee day.
You have experience selecting technical profiles from the IT and Digital fields.
You have a very high level of English (other languages valuable).
You are a proactive, empathetic person, with a clear orientation to people and results, with a good level of communication, and used to working in large companies and in a transversal way
