What we’d like you to do:

  • Provides technical supervision to development teams
  • Defines Solutions approach and architecture
  • Develops custom components for Salesforce deliveries in an environment in accordance with Making Science defined standards and best practices.
  • Verbally presenting implementation for internal peer review
  • Participation in writing user documentation
  • Assessment of existing software program logic to make recommendations for improvements and fixes and assist with execution of recommendations.
  • Participates in integration activities of Salesforce Clouds with 3rd party systems and solutions
  • Test specification, execution and validation
  • Participate in the on-call technical support escalation for customer  incidents regarding Company deployed solutions. 
  • Estimation and reporting of own work
  • SW methodology and release management participation using Git, Ant, gradle, maven

What we’d like you to bring:

You must have demonstrable experience Developing Salesforce components. 
The working environment will require you to contribute to the onboarding of the product within Customer organisations and as such you must be able to communicate and share effectively with the Customers and colleagues to facilitate the learning and knowledge transfer required.
You will need to demonstrate a methodical, “can-do” attitude to problem solving 
What we are looking for (“Must Have” experience):
  • 3 years of SalesForce development experience (Service o Sales)
  • Knowledge in development of Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Processes and Lightning Web Components;
  • Experience in integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Understand Data and integration requirements
  • Ability to effectively translate and communicate business requirements into technical solutions
  • A particular desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience.

“Nice to have” experience:
  • Experience with Github/Bitbucket
  • Experience with CD/CI
  • Marketing cloud Knowledge
  • Tableau
  • Java
  • Python
  • Fluent English, being able to perform all daily tasks and communicate both verbally and in writing with colleagues and the client.
